The World Map for my Acherusis Campaign Setting.

Work is (always) in progress. Some labels are missing, particularly on mountains and forests. I'd like to hear comments on the general style...

So, in your re-imagining of Europa, where do the Orcs live, and who are the halflings?

The orcs are marked on the map as the Khaganate, which stretches quite far beyond the edge, into the unknown world, as you would expect for the mongol fantasy counterpart culture.
The halflings haven't carved any realm for themselves; they follow the expansion of humans closely, but mostly live only around the places where men won't settle.

I would assume that Ceriel and Erdwen are Elvish. Where are your dwarves?

These two, and most of Breneth, are largely pagan human kingdoms whose language, religion and customs have been influenced by the elves. The actual elves live only in the forests and they are treated as monsters or ghosts.

The dwarves live almost anywhere where mountains are marked, and in major human cities. Their lands are considered part of human kingdoms.
